+::As noted earlier, the Archives currently do not have a determined opening date. I would like to open them as soon as possible, but we have a few projects that must be completed before that can happen. If you are not satisfied with an administrator uploading the files for you, you will just have to wait until the Archives are opened. We only grant temporary uploading or editing rights to veteran Bulbawiki users, or to staff of the other branches of Bulbagarden.
