::Well... if that was done with Seaking, we should be consistent and do it with this. And we have no evidence that Cilan planned on keeping Basculin. :::Not to mention, Basculin just sat in a Pokéball and didn't do anything after capture, similar to Seaking. If it did something after being captured then yay, listing it would be a reason to include it on the season 14 page. But considering it was just a temporary, it should be listed as a major capture. We don't list Seaking as a major capture for Ash or Misty, we don't even list Beedrill on the Season 4 page.
