::::Only the description I put to it is complicated; essentially, it's a computer being made to do something exactly the way a human would, only slightly more efficiently. : ) Regarding static, yes, I suppose anything's better than a blank space. Now, on the matter of converting, I can deduce from the way you spoke there that the administration here at Bulbapedia doesn't consist of a single programmer; this notion utterly baffles me.
