:If you want to know about Pokémon TCG tournaments, I suggest checking the official Pokémon Organized Play website. http://www.go-pokemon.com/op/tournaments/ You can find all of the information on tournaments there. As for your first three questions… There are restrictions on cards that you can use. You can only use cards that have been released from a certain point on. Also, you can not change your deck in the middle of a tournament. As of now, the restriction is that you can only use sets from Holon Phantoms on.
