Welcome to Bulbapedia, GlowstoneLove!
Bulbapedia bulb.png

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Thanks! --Tiddlywinks (talk) 16:15, 2 June 2020 (UTC)

I'm going to give you one more warning here.
Use the preview button. Do not save an edit if it is very obviously broken.
Editing the move tutors with a broken table and then saving a half dozen more times trying to "fix" it could have been completely avoided by just using the preview button from the start. And that goes for pretty much every other edit you've made in the past couple hours.
Use the preview button, take it slow, and just pay attention to your edits. Your mistakes can be avoided. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:29, 18 June 2020 (UTC)

Redirects

Only redirects that someone would reasonably use or search for are necessary. No one is searching for Pixilate with "(". --Abcboy (talk) 22:03, 16 June 2020 (UTC)

Warning

Your edits are taking on the look of vandalism. Please take care with your edits. If you cannot show good judgement with your edits, we will have to resort to a block. Tiddlywinks (talk) 01:13, 17 June 2020 (UTC)

What are the bad edits? - unsigned comment from GlowstoneLove (talkcontribs)
Every edit within the last hour.
If you don't understand, then learn to use the preview button. If the page doesn't look right, don't click Save Changes. Tiddlywinks (talk) 01:18, 17 June 2020 (UTC)

Full Versions

As far as I'm aware, there are no full versions of This Dream and I Wanna Be A Hero. Any that you find is most likely fan made and not official. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:05, 25 June 2020 (UTC)

There is an official full version for "This Dream". It existed 5 years ago and it doesn't exist anymore now, but there are still Youtube videos of it.

No. Those are fan made. There never was a full version of This Dream and I Wanna Be A Hero.--ForceFire 15:20, 25 June 2020 (UTC)

Restrictions

I warned you before about your bad edits. It seems to me like you haven't really taken that advice to heart, because you're still making too many questionable edits. If you need help with something, ask. You can post to your talk page here if you must. We also have a Discord linked in the sidebar where all sorts of people can help you.

In the meantime, I have placed you in the forcepreview user group. This will make it so you have to view what you've done to a page before you save it. I hope this will help you think better of some of your edits.

I'm also giving you a couple restrictions (bans) because you haven't shown the judgement required to be trusted to do these things.

  • Do not move any pages.
  • Do not create any redirects.

You are expected to follow these or you can expect a block.

If you're not clear on anything here, just ask. (Again...if you want help with whatever, just ASK.) Tiddlywinks (talk) 01:17, 30 June 2020 (UTC)

Airdates

Please don't assume air dates unless you have a source. Do not assume the anime will run on a weekly basis as anything could happen that could cause an episode to be postponed or the anime to be put on hiatus, especially considering the current circumstances. Thank you.--ForceFire 06:41, 4 July 2020 (UTC)

Blocked

Hey there. Edits like these two are unacceptable, especially when you are already in the forcepreview user group. That means you did get a preview for both of your edits right before saving them and yet, you saved them anyway. Tiddlywinks told you to just ask if you were unsure about something, but you didn't, and they have already warned you four times on your talk page. Because of this, you have now been blocked for three days. For future reference, I would advise you to please carefully preview your edits and see what they do to the article before saving them. It would help avoid making bad edits that break articles. Also, please don't forget about the bans placed on you regarding creating redirects or moving pages. That'd be all. Link templates

Hey! I'm going to need to direct you to the list of link templates, because your edit to the Nincada article was a bit clunky. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 07:10, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

Mythicals and Ultra Beasts

Mythical and Ultra Beasts are not legendary Pokemon. They are separate categories of Pokemon. And please do not continuously add back removed information, it is edit warring and could get you blocked. Thank you.--ForceFire 05:24, 26 August 2020 (UTC)

Yeah, no. Please do not edit other users comments, especially a staff member's comment. Just because you disagree with it, doesn't make it false. Pokemon.com had a quiz implying that Ultra Beasts were not legendary, and mythical have long been separate from legendary.--ForceFire 16:06, 26 August 2020 (UTC)
A Pokemon guide book I have lists Mythicals as Legendaries. Mythical is not separate from Legendary, it's a class of Legendary that can normally only be obtained by hacking, glitching, or randomizing your Pokemon game, with the exception of Celebi, Deoxys, Shaymin, Darkrai, Arceus, Diancie, Magearna, Zeraora, Meltan, and Melmetal. They're also Legendary because if you filter out people seeking Legendary Pokemon on the GTS, Ultra Beasts and Mythicals will also be filtered out. And this page says so. GlowstoneLove (talk) 23:46, 26 August 2020 (UTC)
Official Japanese media have always described the groups as separate. English media ignored the distinction for a long time, so that unfortunately means that a lot of people still don't understand that they do mark a distinction these days. But official English media have been consistent since Generation V in calling certain Pokemon Mythical and certain ones Legendary, and not overlapping the terms. As a wiki, we follow their distinction in this, moreso because this has always been the distinction in the games' native language.
As a note for the future, if you find yourself in a disagreement with people on a page, it's best if you can stop trying to edit the page and discuss it on a talk page instead.

Vandalism

Please do not make any unnecessary or incorrect changes to articles, like you did to Petilil, Liligant, and Darmanitan's articles. Making such edits falls under vandalism and is a blockable offense. This will be your only warning regarding this.--ForceFire 06:22, 29 September 2020 (UTC)

Final warning

You are being blocked for vandalism and for failing to respect the restriction on creating redirects that I gave you above. This sort of edit is nothing short of vandalism.

Your current block will be for 2 weeks. If you return from your block and engage in outright vandalism again, you will be blocked permanently. This may even extend to making too many ill-advised edits, such as those that break a page. In short, you're on thin ice. Our patience is exhausted, so if you want to continue as a productive editor, please be very conscientious with your edits. Tiddlywinks (talk) 03:54, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

Crown Tundra information

Please do not add any information gathered from leaks regarding the Crown Tundra. It is not officially released yet. There is no jumping the gun allowed. Kai * the Arc Toraph 21:36, 22 October 2020 (UTC)

The

Why did you create a blank page at The? What were you trying to do? I've deleted that blank page you created. --SnorlaxMonster 05:06, 17 January 2021 (UTC)

I have no idea.GlowstoneLove (talk) 05:10, 17 January 2021 (UTC)
Creating garbage pages like Uvuvwevwevwe Onyetenyevwe Ugwemubwem Osas constitutes vandalism. If you do so again, you will be blocked. --SnorlaxMonster 05:13, 17 January 2021 (UTC)

Last chance

As you have continued to engage in non constructive edits, you have been blocked for a month. Making unnecessary pages and editing other users comments to mock them will not be tolerated. Your overall behavior and editing patterns since becoming a user shows me that you are not here to actually contribute to the site. So if you want to be seen as a legitimate user, make some actual constructive edits. This is your last chance, if you return only to make the same kinds of edits, you will be blocked indefinitely. Thank you.--ForceFire 03:58, 21 January 2021 (UTC)

Permanent block

Due to you continuing to vandalize pages (such as by replacing "Ghost" with "Ghosn" and by moving the page "Ghost (type)" to "Ghosn (type)") after repeated warnings to stop this sort of behavior, you have been blocked indefinitely from editing Bulbapedia. --Abcboy (talk) 21:06, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
