I understand how you can see it as not an exploit/glitch. I mean it does Heal your pokemon like it should, however it doesn't return them to the health they were at when you leave the battle and return to normal gameplay. If Nintendo wanted us to be able to heal our pokemon anytime, anywhere, for free, they'd probably get rid of the pokemon center and add a "Heal all pokemon" to the PSS.
