Hello. When one of your edits is reverted, it's best to talk about the reversion on the talk page of the user who did it instead of just reverting it back. That's what called an "edit war", and those aren't advised. That being said, I do not agree with your edit. Your edit summary said that "there could be other types Psychic is weak to", which is completely incorrect. The types that activate Rattled are the only ones Psychic is weak to, as of the current Gen. Second, if there was a hypothetical situation where a new type is introduced that Psychic is weak to, "all" would still be grammatically appropriate, even if the new type does not activate Rattled.
