:I honestly don't know where did this come from, but we do not ''require'' users to give full summaries and not bother submitting the partial ones. When starting from the beginning, the partial summaries are fine as long as there is a good chunk of information, as opposed to just a single line or two. But we do appreciate it if the user, who started writing the summary, finishes it eventually and not just drop it mid-way. To avoid possible conflicts, the staff has made a note of it and will update the anime MoS some time in future, to reflect the clause about partial plot summaries in writing.
