:Sorry for the delay, I was busy sorting out B2W2 stuff. As for the White Forest conundrum, there are arguments on both sides and it leads to whole lot of revert wars. Would you be able to create a subpage with the city/towns template and updated information, I'll review it and then we can transfer it over together. There is no criteria because the projects were created in a time where there was a definitive line between city/town and location and the distinctions were obvious.
