Should Ethan, Kris, and Lyra be counted as Trainers with Shiny Pokémon due to the forced battle with the Red Gyarados. I've previously not added them to this category due to there not being a requirement for necessarily catching the Red Gyarados, but what is your opinion? Or should Red Gyarados's location be listed as "With the player or Lake of Rage"?
