:I'd say that the photo being taken outside of Oak's lab is pure speculation. There was no indication it had left. Going on a journey to fill fhe Kanto Pokédex may have meant as well going on a journey through the Oak corral, as it has been established that the corral is pretty big and a lot of Pokémon species live there. So saying Rotom left the lab is more speculative than saying it was at the lab all the time. Unless you have direct evidence that Rotom left the lab (dialogue I may have missed or something else). Then please present this. ::Fair enough. I didn't consider a "journey" through the corral could actually make sense; I associated it with going out and exploring the region, even though doing so in just one day makes little sense.
