Magical Leaf and Razor Leaf are both possible options. We've seen in Generations that not all of the moves look similar to how the moves in the anime series look nowadays, so why can't it be either of those two moves as well? All if the move was, were leaves cutting Goldbat. The swirling storm like gust could have come from whatever move Goldbat was using. If we take her being on stage as confirmation that she is Champion because that's what she did in the games as champion, then shouldn't the same count for Lance when attacking Team Rocket?
