Welcome to Bulbapedia, Bennell!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Origin

Can you please stop removing information from the origin sections? If you think something is incorrect, you should discuss it first before going on a removal spree. Vuvuzela2010 Δ 21:50, 1 February 2012 (UTC)

Clearly there was no need to remove viable information. Such actions are frowned upon on Bulbapedia. Please take the next day to reflect on your actions. --rockersk08 22:11, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
I'm going to formally request that you refrain from editing any more origin articles. You have been adding a lot of speculation and opinions to these sections with little to no factual basis to back up your edits. A lot of origin sections feature "likely" inspirations, and we aren't absolutely sure on a lot of them, but all of them contain the information to back their claims. No one has been able to produce any significant or definitive proof that Nidoking is based on Baragon, so it will not be added to the article. -- MAGNEDETH 21:48, 29 March 2012 (UTC)

Not only have you been warned to stop adding speculative information, but you were already blocked for it once before. Because you're being blocked for the same thing again, the time frame has increased to two days. Listen to us next time. -- MAGNEDETH 21:02, 1 April 2012 (UTC)

Slowpoke

Hi, I see you edited the same section, with the same description. Your previous edit was undone because of the removal of a more concise description, which is the same thing that happened right now. As far as I can tell, it doesn't really look like a stylized hippo. So please, please, please refrain from adding it again. If you really need to bring it up, do bring it un in the talk page instead and see if it reaches a consensus (though it's kinda difficult for it to happen). Thank you. Look

You have good intentions, indeed. And you show interest in origins. But you can not edit everything you like just because you think it is better the way you want. First obtain proof and present them to a higher rank and they will know what to do. Do so for the sake of Bulbapedia and every other fellow Bulbapedian out there!----DJWolfy 22:14, 23 March 2012 (UTC)

Signing

You cannot sign after you've saved a comment as it will give the wrong timestamp.--ForceFire 02:41, 24 March 2012 (UTC)

Replying to old comments

You cannot reply to discussions older than 6 months because the discussion might have been A)resolved or B)forgotten.--ForceFire 13:51, 28 March 2012 (UTC)

Indenting your comments

When replying to comments on talk pages, you need to indent your comments one level deeper than the person above you. This allows people to be able to easily see your comments. Please take care of it in the future. Thanks! --Pokemaster97 15:53, 5 April 2012 (UTC)

Block

Hi. Okay, I'm going to make something clear to you. This is your third block. You have been blocked because you have been told multiple times to stop editing the Origin sections without discussing first. What that means is: You must have a discussion, and then keep discussing until a consensus has been made. You have simply been putting a messages on talk pages, and then immediately adding your speculation and ideas without any actual discussion. You've also begun edit warring with other users, which won't be tolerated. Since this is your third block it will be longer than your other two, and if you come back continuing to be insubordinate your block times will increase. Take a break and learn from this. If you have any issues with this block, send me an email. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 16:10, 5 April 2012 (UTC)
