Bad Wolf, we are working on articles for these new Pokémon, including Victini. But since there hasn't been much information revealed yet, the articles are being created in the userspace to keep speculation and false information from being added. This is mentioned in the notice at the top of every page on Bulbapedia. We are trying to avoid something like "Vikteeny iz a new pokemanz whoz gots a vee-shapped head and is legemendary itz reely koot n strong n stuff." Talking about the wiki as you did on Talk:List of Pokémon by Isshu Pokédex number is not being helpful, and is only taking up server space with useless drivel. Check the Recent Changes page, which is linked on the left of every Bulbapedia page, and you'll see that there are quite a few articles on the newly released Pokémon; if you have anything you know of that hasn't yet been added to these articles, you can ask about those things on the respective talk pages. - Firstly, please keep conversations all on one page, rather than responding to this comment on my talk page. That way it is easier to keep track of the conversation.
- Secondly, there is an article on Victini, and it has been updated with the most recent information available. I linked to it on the Isshu Pokédex article, but I'll link to it again: User:Sol/Victini (Pokémon). I'm using this article in particular because you keep referencing it.
- Lastly, since the Isshu Pokédex page has recently been protected, I recommend contacting a junior admin or admin directly on their talk page if you have a serious concern about how the un-numbered Isshu Pokémon are listed. However, please remember that these things will be edited in due time, and I promise that as it gets closer to Black and White's release in Japan, more information will be put on the pages and the userspaced pages on new Pokémon will be moved into the mainspace. As I said before, there is a notice at the top of every page that explains why new pages are supposed to be made in the userspace before being made in the mainspace; and it is always a good idea to search for a page (click on "Everything" at the top of the main search page in order to search for userspaced pages) before trying to write one of your own for a new Pokémon.
- I may not be an admin, but if you do have any more questions about how things work around here, feel free to ask, and I'll do the best I can to help you out. We all try to be welcoming and helpful around here, but we've had an influx of users adding useless information to articles or joining just to spam and troll, so most of the admins are being stretched to their limits with people who seem to have bad attitudes about how the site is run.
