+:No. In the anime, the Pokédex can list a specific Pokémon's moves. This isn't even the first time this is shown. +: I was under the impression anyone could nominate an article, having read the page thouroly, I see nothing that supports what your saying. Furthermore the page is more than complete, Toon Ganondorf did a lot to make the anime section great, while the manga section is detailed and far greater than on other articles.
