The Team Rocket undercover agents are agents of Team Rocket appearing in early episodes of Pokémon the Series: Black & White. They assisted the Team Rocket trio, Pierce and Dr. Zager with Giovanni's mission to obtain the Meteonite.
History
The agents made their first appearance in Saving Darmanitan From the Bell!. Jessie, James and Meowth met the first agent at a riverside café where he was stationed as a waiter. By ordering a cappuccino "rocket fast" from him, he recognized them as members of Team Rocket and gave them a cappuccino whose cream revealed the meeting place for the next agent. Later, they met the second agent on a bridge and received instructions to receive orders in Nacrene City from her.
In Here Comes the Trubbish Squad!, Jessie, James and Meowth met another agent in a train station and received a decoy Meteonite from him for use in a later operation.
Many agents were set to appear in two episodes involving the climax of the Meteonite mission and Team Rocket's clash with Team Plasma, however, these episodes were never aired and later were retconned from canon. Their roles in the episodes are largely unknown, but trailers for the episodes revealed that the agents would be in attendance for Giovanni's Meteonite speech in Castelia City.
