Phantomjunkie is a 21 year old female college student living in Alabama. She has been a fan of the Pokémon franchise since she started watching the Pokémon anime in third grade, soon migrating to the video games. She currently owns at least one game from every generation of the main game series.

Holding a bachelor's degree in English and about to start in a master's program on technical and professional communication, Phantomjunkie has extensive experience in writing and editing. As a result, most of her work on Bulbapedia has been in editing existing articles for spelling and grammar errors, consistency, clarity, and objectivity. She also has one year of training in the Japanese language, so she can read hiragana, katakana, and some kanji.
