I'm 18 years of age and I travel (live in) the region called "Australia" where I'm aiming to be a Pokémon master by catching all 649 Pokémon! (Soon to be over 800)

I started playing Pokémon probably when I was about 8/9 years old when my friend let me borrow his Pokémon Red Version, after that I instantly got hooked onto Pokémon. A few years later when Pokémon Crystal came out, my friend gave me his version because he said he had gotten bored of Pokémon and no longer wanted to play it. So I played that for about a year, after which I lost it. (I had over 200+ Pokémon from trading and evolution and had all the legendaries in the game you could legitimately obtain up to that point (with the exclusion of Celebi, because the GS Ball was never made available outside of Japan). My parents promised me they would get me Pokémon Emerald if I got good test results which I did. Pokémon Emerald instantly became my favorite game. I've completed the Hoenn Pokédex and I've beaten Pike Queen Lucy for the Silver Symbol which isn't really that much. I knew of the existence of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl but my parents refused to get it for me, eventually when Platinum came out, they bought that for me for my birthday present. I can honestly say that Pokémon Platinum comes in a close seconds in terms of favorite Pokémon games. HeartGold and SoulSilver came out and I knew I had to buy them. (No I don't use my Pokéwalker anymore). Black and White came out a few years later. I purchased White version just because everyone else got Black version and I usually get the version people usually don't get. I have both Black 2 and White 2. Prior to Generation III, my favorite Pokémon ''was'' [[Poliwhirl]] but when I got Emerald, my new favorite Pokémon became [[Tyranitar]]. Poliwhirl will always have a special place in my heart. Because its preevolution was my very first Shiny ever caught (This was in SoulSilver).
