Hey, there, I'm mostly a lurker on here, with occasional edits. Started playing with the Blue version on my Pocket GB and watched the 4kids anime for like the first couple seasons. Then I got both Gold and Silver as well. Found the joy of the Emerald version about 3-4 years ago, and then played the Diamond version as well as the Platinum version when it came out. I find that my reaction to B/W is a bit...murky. I like the battle gameplay, but some of the templates are wacky, especially the Bag, and the start menu. Also, a few of the Pokemon are just weird, and I really don't like how the Pokemon types seem a bit monotonous from route to route, but that happens when you have a region with no old Pokemon before the E4. | |||
