During the Lily of the Valley Conference, Alex found out about the Pokémon's identity, and in a battle following the tournament, defeated it. Always when a member of "Dark Lightning" gets a promotion for enough high position, Ener gives this member a strong Pokémon to use.<br>Even thought Ener's past is mostly unknown, he refers his secret plan to be "getting back his legendary army", mentioning that he once controlled several [[legendary Pokémon]], but, for unknown reason, lost control of them, causing them to escape.
