 In Japan, this Half Deck was released on July 7, 2001 to commemorate the theatrical release of [[M04|the fourth Pokémon movie]]. This version includes {{TCG ID|VS|Rocket's Tyranitar|142}} and a {{OBP|Darkness Energy|Basic}}.

The Half Deck was later given away at the 2002 World Championships with the error fixed.
