It has a set of four small spikes, two around the top of its head while the other two are on each side of its head, and a large, white mark is located on the front of its forehead that resembles a voltage. It has two appendages on its arms and legs, each with three paws, and a white colored belly. Being a baby Pokemon, Toxel wears a light purple diaper, and has a long tail.
