Tobias (Sinnoh): Difference between revisions

|desc={{p|Darkrai}} is Tobias's main Pokémon. Using only Darkrai, Tobias easily won eight Badges in the [[Sinnoh]] [[region]] and quickly advanced through the first four rounds of the [[Lily of the Valley Conference]]. Darkrai was first seen defeating a Trainer's {{p|Machamp}} despite the type-disadvantage. It faced {{Ash}} and his Pokémon in the semifinals of the tournament. Darkrai managed to defeat his {{AP|Heracross}}, {{AP|Torkoal}} and {{AP|Gible}}. Darkrai faced [[Ash's Sceptile]] next and despite using the Dark Void/Dream Eater combo, it fell to Sceptile's {{m|Leaf Blade}}. Darkrai was later seen defeating a {{p|Magmortar}} in the finals, earning Tobias the victory and making him the winner of the Lily of the Valley Conference.

|desc={{p|Latios}} was the second Pokémon that Tobias used in his battle against Ash. He was able to easily defeat Sceptile and {{AP|Swellow}} in a row. [[Ash's Pikachu]], however, was able to either endure or evade some attacks from Latios. Despite that, both Pokémon were knocked out at the same time. However, as this left Ash with no Pokémon remaining, Tobias was declared the victor and continued to the final round.
