==Trivia==
As a result of an inconsistency in translation, the English print of this card classifies it as a Rocket's Secret Robot card; however, it was later ruled that it was a Rocket's Secret Machine card for the purposes of {{TCG ID|EX Team Rocket Returns|Rocket's Meowth|46}}'s Snatch and Run attack and {{TCG ID|EX Team Rocket Returns|Rocket's Wobbuffet|47}}'s Dark Aid attack, both from the {{TCG|EX Team Rocket Returns}} expansion.

===Origin===
In [[EP035]], [[Jessie]], [[James]], and {{MTR}} use a tickling machine in order to force [[Kaiser]] to tell them where {{p|Dratini}} are located within the {{safari|Kanto}}. However, their machine did not resemble the one on this card.
