However, there is still no hustle and bustle as is common in the biggest cities in regions like [[Kanto]], [[Johto]], and [[Hoenn]]. When the player first arrives here, the PC is automatically available for use as [[Celio]] and [[Bill]] connect the [[Pokémon Network Center]] to Bill's PC system in Kanto.

The town is invaded by a gang of {{tc|Biker}}s from [[Kanto]] when the player first arrives, but they will only challenge the player after their leader joins them, which is only after the player has visited the [[Joyful Game Corner]]. After they are defeated, the player can continue in their mission to rescue [[Lostelle]].
