The Electric Tale of Pikachu Special Signature Edition Red Version is a promotional sample of the first two chapters of the manga series The Electric Tale of Pikachu. It is published by VIZ Media and was included in the first Pokémon Video Suitcase promotional set. It is 76 pages long and its dimensions are quite small: approximately 6.0 × 4.0 × 0.2 inches. Therefore it is described as a "Viz Mini-Graphic Novel". Toshihiro Ono's signature appears on the cover. A second edition, called The Electric Tale of Pikachu Special Signature Edition Blue Version, which contains the second two chapters of the same series, was included with the second Pokemon Video Suitcase set.
