Generic political usertag?

Given that you seem to have some fondness for usertags, and given that nearly every political tag in Bulbapedia is U.S.-centric, I wonder if you could concoct a more-generic political usertag where one can specify the image of any Pokémon, the name of any political party from any country or colony (as long as it has a Wikipedia article), and one or two Bulbapedia-standard colors (including names of Pokémon types or games).

Example usage for the United Kingdom’s Labour Party (represented by a rose, which Roselia wields):

{{User Political|315|Labour Party (UK)|red|white}}

which would print something like “This user is a member of the Labour Party (UK).”

Or for Puerto Rico’s PNP party, often represented by a palm tree:

{{User Political|103|New Progressive Party (Puerto Rico)|Water}}
