Any way to do this?

Since this is a talk page, I'm wondering if it's possible to eliminate the regional Pokédex entries from the template if there's no data for them, instead of having that dash. It'd make it a lot easier to see at a glance which regions the Pokémon's naturally available in, or what generation it is. Might be a bit problematic if we take into account Pokémon in the Hoenn dex beyond 202, though. Feedback? Tom Temprotran 02:39, 28 September 2006 (UTC)

I can't say I particularly like this change to the numbers section. It does not cope well with the case where a Pokémon is not in the regional Pokédex. Also, it's a blatant copy of what Wikipedia does for their infobox. - 振霖T 22:58, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

I'm not fond of it either. It's not particularly useful and it doesn't fit the rest of the template very well, I think. --Pie 23:09, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Since we are agreed, then I will change it back. - 振霖T 05:32, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
All right. Though... I never changed it in the first place, because I know I'd've screwed something up. I was just wondering if it was possible. Tom Temprotran 01:17, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
No, we weren't talking about your proposal, which is reasonable, if difficult. - 振霖T 08:37, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Ah, okay. Sorry 'bout that, then. Tom Temprotran 07:33, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

Habitat?

Should the habitat (based on the FRLG dexlist thing) be included in the infobox? It'd of course be N/A for Gen IV and beyond Pokémon, unless that's still in the data like the color is...

The only problem is that we'd have to go though the first 386 to include it. Should we? --TTEchidna 18:42, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

The MS sprites.

Should they even be in the infobox? TTEchidna 21:41, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, but not until someone finds a good-looking way to include them. And we should add the animated Emerald sprites for Pokémon from Generations I-III. --File:224MS.gifShiny NoctowlTalk | Contribs  21:42, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Name Pronunciations?

Should we add a section on how to pronounce the Pokémon's name to the Infobox? I for one have trouble correctly pronouncing a name correctly if I read it but don't hear or see it pronounced correctly, so I think that it would be a feature that would be a good addition to the Pokémon pages. I know that it might take a lot of work to find and input all of the pronunciations, but I think that it would be worth it.
