Sword and Shield and Leafeon and Glaceon

I know the leaf stone and ice stone are mentioned at the top of the article, but to be thorough we should note the two evolution methods in this template as well, like we do for alolan meowth (I'm sure among countless others) Draceon (talk) 02:47, 17 December 2019 (UTC)

I've updated Leafeon and Glaceon. Sylveon now needs high friendship and a Fairy-type move according to the guidebook, although Sword and Shield may have just combined affection and friendship like Let's Go does. --SnorlaxMonster 02:38, 18 January 2020 (UTC)

BDSP & LA: Leaf/Ice Stone & Friendship Sylveon

It should be noted that Eevee is able to evolve into Leafeon via Leaf Stone in both BDSP & LA and that Eevee is able to evolve into Glaceon via Ice Stone in LA. The Ice Stone is unused in BDSP, but I think using ^{Gen VIII+} rather than individual games (like ^SwSh) would work better regardless. We don't specify that Moss/Ice Rock don't work in HGSS and that Friendship _(day/night) don't work in FRLG, so I assume the lack of Ice Stone in BDSP wouldn't require an exception. Also, Sylveon as a friendship evolution (rather than affection) would make sense to add to the template as well now that affection is no longer present and its effects have been merged into friendship. Evobox update

This evobox is outdated. There is a need to add Gen VIII evolution information for Sylveon.

Also, I believe the XD evolution information for Espeon and Umbreon needs to be removed. I don't think we add Evolution info for side series games in the Evoboxes. I may be wrong about that one though. Harryghost (talk) 14:41, 28 June 2022 (UTC)

Gen VIII methods in Gen IX

The changes made to Eevee's evolution methods in Generation VIII stayed the same in Generation IX. Can someone with the ability to edit the page change the three instances of "VIII" text to say "VIII+"? Kᴀᴜʟɪ ⸞^Nᴇᴡ _Tᴀʟᴋ⸟ 01:18, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
