TTE and I talked about this when it was made. We are going by what it currently is, for the sake of ease and consistency. The old heights and weights will be stated as they were, but things like Length, (and the previously refered to as flavor text will forever now be referred to as Pokédex entries) will remain as they are on the template. ^Maverick_Nate 17:47, 10 February 2010 (UTC)

Yellow Border

How about making the border yellow, as this is the colour of the card infobox and attack infobox (see Shining Tyranitar (Neo Destiny 113) and Shining Charizard (Neo Destiny 107) for examples). Vuvuzela2010 Δ 00:57, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

It already has this option. It's just very few Neo cards have been updated to current standard. It's only appropriate for Shining cards though. ^Maverick_Nate 01:15, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

Unprotection request

Hi, I saw that this template was protected immediately after its creation with no log note (log) by an admin that has become inactive. I'd like to add some missing lang attributes, and simplify by removing the redundant float and clear declarations. This is a heavily used template. Editing such templates puts a load on the server. It will not be unprotected. If you can be more specific about what you want to add, we can consider making an update at an appropriate time. Tiddlywinks (talk) 19:43, 8 June 2016 (UTC)

All transclusions of this template, or at least all the ones I checked, output Japanese language text without a corresponding lang="ja" attribute. ライケン(Rigel Kent) (talk) 21:46, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
