Parameter 1 is the abbreviation of your time.
Parameter 2 is the name of the time you are using.
Parameter 3 is the UTC number (such as +08 and -01:30). Don't forget to put the + or - sign.

Example 1

{{User timezone|PHT|Philippine Standard Time|+08}} is:

PHT	This user uses Philippine Standard Time, which is UTC +08.

Example 2

{{User timezone|VET|Venezuelan Standard Time|-04:30}} is:

VET	This user uses Venezuelan Standard Time, which is UTC -04:30.
