It is possibile that this revelation is related to a proposal by [[Megumi Hayashibara]], a Japanese voice actress who provides the voices of many characters in the [[Pokémon anime]] including [[Jessie]]. Around a year ago, she told Pokémon's sound director [[Masafumi Mima]] that she wanted him to prepare "Team Rocket's Late Nights Radio" for the [[Team Rocket trio]] to appear in.
