:About Swablu's Perish Song, that's not an issue at all, since a Swablu could hatch knowing the move if both its parents also knew it. I don't see how Altaria having a page and Swablu not would make a difference, not to mention that pages like that focus mostly in the anime and sometimes manga. | |||
