If this Pokémon cannot be found in the wild, and cannot be evolved to until level 21, why are there moves at so many lower levels? And which will it get when it evolves? Are some of them impossible to get? Dansiman 20:08, 17 December 2007 (UTC)

If you go to Pastoria City, inside a house, a man will be there, asking for a heart scale. If you give him one, in return, he will have one of your pokemon relearn a move, one they would have learned through level up. that's how pokemon relearn moves. And it's just in case they ever decide to put it in the wild at a lower level than it evolves. Like Kirlia at level 3-5 on Route 203. TTEchidna GSDS! 22:51, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
So which ones does it get when it evolves? The last 4? The ones under "Start"? Dansiman 08:00, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
Whatever it learns at the level you evolve it. For example, you evolve Combee at level 21, it'll learn Power Gem just after evolution. Anything under "start" is what it would have if you caught one, in the wild, at level 1. But since you can't essentially they're for the move relearner. Get your butt underground and look for some Heart Scales if you want those moves. TTEchidna GSDS! 17:52, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

Trivia

I think it should be mentioned somewhere (most likely in the Trivia section) that it learns four moves that no other Pokemon can learn (Defend/Attack/Heal Order). I don't believe there's even a legendary Pokemon that learns four unique moves, which makes this even more unique, as Vespiqueen falls into the UU tier.

Count again: Attack Order (1), Defend Order (2), and Heal Order (3). That's only 3. But you're right, anyway; Vespiquen's pretty much the only Pokémon that has more than one move that only it can learn. Diachronos 17:49, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

Image

Is it just me, or is the image at the top very badly cropped? GlinnFile:Ani202MS.gif 10:36, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

That image looks nasty, and all fuzzy on the outside-- Darth Cookie Monster  13:12, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

I'm not good with getting good transparent scans, but I could try to get one from my guide and crop it.. Tina δ 14:16, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Fixed it. Hellkaiserryo12 15:37, 3 December 2008 (UTC)

Male Combee?

Hi, I'm sort of new here, but shouldn't the Combee sprite shown in the evolutionary chain be a female one? It just seems a bit odd to show a male Combee evolving into the female-only Vespiquen. Tehb0ll0x 17:32, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

I never noticed that...I fixed it. Thank you for pointing it out. -Sketch 18:47, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

this seems foolish

Is this line of trivia really necessary? "Vespiquen's name, despite being based on the word "queen", only has one "e" in its second half, even though another "e" could have fit in perfectly without exceeding the 10-letter Pokémon name limit. The reasons for the single "e" are unknown." maybe the game developers just didn't want to put in the second e. thinking that there has to be a reason for something like this being omitted from a Pokemon is stupid and to me not necessary. It may be true that it could've fit, but it's useless. More useless than trivia normally is or should be. In A Manica 03:56, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

good. someone deleted it. In A Manica 16:55, 14 December 2010 (UTC)
