Seasons and catchable Pokémon

- Hmmm... the official guide says that there are no Mantine in Winter. Are you sure that your game is registering it as Winter? IIRC, the seasons only change when you go inside and then come back out again, so if you haven't been inside since the season change then it's still acting as Autumn. Yes, absolutely sure. I've been playing a lot this month and used the Pokémon Center countless times; my caption also says "Winter". I have the German version, but that shouldn't make any difference.Eevee-Girl (talk) 10:46, 30 December 2012 (UTC)
- Interesting. I wouldn't have thought language would make a difference, especially between English and German (English and Japanese has happened before, back in Crystal), but there's nothing forcing them to be the same, it could have been changed. Maybe the guide's wrong and the Mantine are just less common in Winter, instead of not appearing? I have noticed a few errors, but those are just aesthetic things, usually copy-paste style errors from when there's version differences. That is unusual. The habitat list in game for me does not list it as found during the winter, and I have the stamp for that area being complete. not sure what to make of this Tarilaan (talk) 19:47, 30 December 2012 (UTC)

Level 61 Mantine
The max level for Mantines in Undella Bay listed is 60. However, I have encountered a level 61 Mantine. I uploaded proof to YT: https://youtu.be/awdwe9I5V4I Note the wild battle theme and not the trainer battle theme.
