Since the Plasma grunts with the Zangoose and Seviper and Halsey have had their english voice actors revealed, by process of elimination wouldn't this characters voice actor be Mike McFarland? Since he said worked on Pokemon on April 8th, 4 days after episode 12 of Episode N aired in Japan.
