I noticed that, in the time-specific events section, while it mentions things that ''always'' occur at certain times (like Espeon/Umbreon evolution) it makes no mention of things that occur differently each day each day (like Swarms, or Lottery Ticket numbers) nor of things that ''may'' happen (like the appearance of the Blend Master in Emerald).
