:Ok. In the games, Pokemon Red and Blue, he gave up being a gym leader meaning that technically he is not gym leader after those. But no one has realized, Blue is actually a gym leader since he is wearing his outfit from when a gym leader in HeartGold and SoulSliver. | |||
