Could this possibly be a variation of {{m|Punishment}}?  It appears to work the same way, just using the user's stat boosts instead of the target's.  And in answer to the above topic, old though it may be, yes, Dream World abilities can be inherited, but there's no way to get a Koromori with Simple yet in any case.  <small>- ''unsigned comment from [[User:Missingno. I looked around and unless I missed something I don't think it's possible - Xatu was the closest I found, with Ominous Wind to boost the base stats (assuming you're insanely lucky) six times, and Double Team, but I couldn't find anything it could use to raise Accuracy.
