I am a little confused on how Steelix has 7 start moves while Onix starts with 4. How can someone get a Steelix that knows Fire Fang, Ice Fang, and Thunder Fang if one has to first trade an Onix holding Metal Coat for it to become Steelix and even if it is a lv. 1 Onix it would already know its 4 Starting moves.
