I think Sarah Natochenny does Solidad's voice because she sort of sounds like Ash
If you compare her voice to Ash it sounds like Sarah Natochenny I'm 99% sure Natochenny does the voice because Solidad doesn't sound like other characters such as Pokémon Hunter J or Vivian Meridian or Arena Tycoon Greta Livinlarge18 17:45, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

If we can count Harrison and Tyson as rivals, we can count Solidad. They're all only around for a few episodes. --Vladek
Kind of late for this conversation, but with her cameos in the Wallace Cup, I think we can easily consider her a rival. -- HoennMaster
Wording
