Will a staff member upload this image to the archives?

How am I suppose to make edits if I can't upload anything? Its a catch 22! Plus most of everything that can be uploaded has already been uploaded. I don't have that many resources, time or money to pour into materials to upload. Yamitora1 (talk) 10:38, 29 December 2013 (UTC)
