I think you're not understanding here. Not all Pokémon have signature moves. A signature move is a move only that Pokémon or it's family can learn. Examples: Meowth {{m|Pay Day}} Chansey and Blissy {{m|Softboiled}}, The Porygon family {{m|Conversion}} and {{m|Conversion 2}}. This is what a signature move is. Your argument is incorrect.
