:There is no conclusive proof that the Celebi can be Shiny from the Bonus Disk. But with the research so far it appears the Celebi sent to the main series games (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, LeafGreen, and FireRed) can be Shiny while the one obtained on Pokémon Colosseum can't be Shiny.
