I have updated everything to match the guide book for HG/SS. When merging natures together, the original list did not have full route lists for each nature within the respective family, so the nature with the most routes attached to it was the one I went with. The guide does not touch on Kanto routes at all, so the lists are most likely still not full. Shining Leaf A/B/C/D/E are each found on specific routes, but because I do not have the Kanto information and only Leaf A/B/C information for Johto, I left it for later.
