:::Well, not necesserily the rival's signature Pokemon. If the Pokemon in question has had a range of roles outside of battles, they often warrant a page i.e Gary's Arcanine and Bianca's Minccino. Of course the inverse is true, where Miette's Slurpuff and Nini's Smoochum, despite being the respective 'main' Pokemon of their trainers, don't have there own pages because they have done very little outside of various showcases. So while Salamance and Aegislash have been used in many battles, they are not exceedingly notable as they haven't done anything else.
