Water Immunity

Because of Sandygast's ability (Water Compaction), Water type moves are 0x effective against it. - unsigned comment from NerdyTB (talkcontribs)

Water Compaction doesn't give immunity. glikglak 01:39, 26 February 2017 (UTC)

Another Possible Origin for English Name

Could the word "aghast" also be a possible root for the name Sandygast? It does look like it's surprised or shocked with that big wide open mouth. This even works with the "peekaboo" part of its Japanese name.--Joec (talk) 01:35, 11 August 2019 (UTC)

Serpent shape??

Does anyone know why it's under the serpentine shape category? I would think it fell under the same category as Grimer/Muk, or head-and-base or just-head. Is it implied that the rest of its body is underground? - unsigned comment from FerreTrip (talkcontribs)
