:Since ORAS came out, the requirements have more or less always been said to be Hall of Fame, Delta Episode, Hall of Fame again (or, at any rate, varied). I tested it myself and I believe that I couldn't get the later starters without clearing the Delta Episode or without entering the Hall of Fame again. That's not great testimony, but combined with the preponderance of previous experience, it would really be better to trust the previous wording for the time being, and ask that a third party re-test the requirements and report on their experience. ::I would just like to mention that, as a matter of fact, I got my Chimchar in December from Professor Birch, and my second clearing of the Hall of Fame happened about three weeks ago.
