:::::::Yes (I do agree in that they're the same as you can see if your ead my previous comments) BUUUUT they are known as Pokémon Red and Blue worldwide, (and this article contains some localization errors from the out-of-Japan release) so it would fit better to have the international names (that is Red and Blue) along with the original ones (Red and Green), thus "Red, Green and Blue beta". ::::::::I agree with Chickasaurus and anyone else who says that it should be named something along the lines of "Prototype and scrapped features of (XXX)"... a lot of the stuff on this page doesn't even have anything to do with the beta. The concept art was around way before beta, even before the alpha... probably even before the programming was started. Text such as "The BROCK wants to fight!" came long after the beta. To imply that all that stuff is the beta is simply inaccurate. That would mean that Mew was not present in the game when the game had the text "The BROCK wants to fight!"
