According to the Route 35 page, Irwin can be rematched, but there's no day of the week or time of day listed anywhere. I thought that this was an error, so I tried each day of the week, morning, noon, and night. No rematch offer. This leads me to believe he has to call you and request a rematch. However, I have 104 hours logged and recieved countless calls from him. No request. It can't be a progress thing as the only thing I have left to do is to beat Red. | |||

What are the requirements? Is my hunch about him having to call you correct, and I just have awful luck? If someone knows, I feel that this info is pertinent and should be added to avoid confusion.
